what are the rule for starting a chat on specific topic, do u post it and see if anyone wants to join, or is there a process?

I'm pretty sure you can just start a room and wait for people to join.

But then again, I've never started a room myself so I wouldn't know exactly.

You can go to an established chat room, like the lobby or support room. I don't now how to create the room.

There is a schedule of chats weekly led by chat leaders that include Bipolar and depression, borderline personality disorder, chronic pain and disabilities, religious discussion, spirituality

AS far as I know we are free to chat about anything within the rules but the chat groups above are very informative and strucutred.
