Been having what i think is anxiety with racing thoughts for the past 5 days.
So far hasn't effected my day shift other then being extremely tired because of being up all night until like 1am or 2am, but think my night shift client might be triggering something causing me to have anxiety, racing thoughts and numbness in my legs and arms. We have the same disorder with same basic diagnosis. Iam really concerned it's going to cause complications with my hours and iam finacially unable to loss hours iam struggling so bad my parent are paying my rent for me while iam barely able to pay basic bills. iam a single mom with a 12 year old son that is very understanding and very caring with his own disorder to deal with.Iam struggling to help him deal with.his ADHD. I don't know for sure if it is truely my client causing this issue or not thinking it could be my change in meds, and or diet. Wondering if clear sodas such as Serria Mist, 7up, and sprite can cause anxiety been drinking these types of sodas alot in the last 4 months. NEED HELP ASAP NEED ANSWERS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Iam going to talk to my boss on monday she is a consolor by nature of the job iam going to see what she suggests. Any answers or help you all can give me will be greatly appreciated.
