I have this friend she is like my best friend but I don't know how to tell her that I'm like bipolar! Every single time I try it's like when ever I bring the subject up she says something about how people like that have problems. And I don't know how to tell her... can you help me?

Why do you want to tell her you are bipolar? To let her know about yourself? How close is the friendship?

You could print out this thread you have posted here, tell her it is something you wrote on the computer, something you thought she should know...along with literature about bipolar also, provide that along with this thread....

I hope you can tell her. It will help you. I have a friend who cant tell me something also. As someone who is on the other side, believe me I would love if my friend told me so I could help him and be there for him. It will help you and your friend both if you can tell. Wishing you both luck!
