Have not been taking care of myself and now it is crash and burn time. Have to cancel my pdoc appt and another appt. Feel a migrane coming on. Feel tired and achey. Had my flu shot 2 weeks ago. Just going to sleep and take a hot bath tonight.

Do you have migraine medicine that you can take? also, start taking care of yourself! If you don't take care of yourself who will? Pick one thing that you need to start doing and do it for a week. Like I had a problem with brushing my teeth (you really don't do necessary things when you're depressed). I made it my goal for the week, the first week I didn't accomplish it, but I kept it as my goal, and the second week I finally got my act together.

If you haven't canceled your appointment with your pdoc then reconsider. With my pdoc, I find that she is booked and usually get my appointments a month ahead. However, when I am in a crisis I can usually be seen but they work me in. If you still cancel, then schedule another appointment at the same time.

Well got lots of rest and took a nice hot shower...i wondered why it felt so good...thought i was entering into a depression. Turns out it is a cold. Could not do a work search today but think i will post a new thread about home remedies to feel better...look for it in the general mental health section.
