Does anyone know or know of website that can translate the following sentence from my psych eval into english?

"Although his mood elevated episodes are not psychotic in nature, the mood elevated episodes in the Spring was associated with risk taking behaviour that had a significant dysfunctional and potentially damaging effect for him such as XXXXXXXXXX. This suggests that these may be better regarded as episodes of non-psychotic mania as opposed to hypomania. He notes increase fluctuation in his mood since being on Escitalopram, suggesting that there may now be a mixed-episode component to his illness"

I've read lots about the differences between Bipolar I & II but what is the difference between non-psychotic mania vs. Hypomania vs. BiPolar I?

Thanks

Hi! Non-psychotic mania means that although you had a very elevated mood, high energy and self esteem you were not any more delusional or had thought distortions which would indicate that other brain functions were being thrown off by your mania. You don't hear voices or see things, but your mood was causing you to do things that were a danger to yourself and made life hard for you. Hypomania is bisically wht you had with a bit less of everything; less up, less energy and less self esteem, butenough that you would be noticeably different thatn how you normally are. Since you seem to switch back and for really fast, he thinks you might have mixed episodes rather than rapid cycling.
