Yesterday I reached out for help to find an antidepressant, but this is not where I should be doing that. I must have patience with my psych.
I am not a young bipolar just starting to deal with symptoms, so I don't cry out much. When I need to, I know where to go. Thank you for having this forum. Hang in there, people. It takes time and a lot of experimenting to get things right.

Its ok to ask for help. The people on here are incredibly caring and more helpful than any other people I've ever met. Maybe people were afraid to suggest specific meds? Its not because they don't want to help. Keep posting and keep reaching out.
