I still have ordinary moods just like everyone else!

I'm pretty sure that family and friends think that i'm not meant to have any moods. whereas the aim is to have less severe mood swings, sometimes when i am feeling excited i get asked have i taken my medication. GRR I'm allowed to be excited its almost Christmas.
They also worry when im sad or low... but im allowed to have emotions arent I?
Thanks for this!

The point of treatment is to give your normal emotions....too bad some people think that means NO emotions allowed for the bipo folk....

grrrrrr

Yes, you are allowed to be excited at Christmas, I sure am!

My ex-husband used to ask me, "Is it about that time of the month?" Ugh, I used to want to hit him for saying that, because apparently I'm not allowed to be moody unless I'm PMS-ing. I haven't told many people of my diagnosis because I'm not ready for them to start watching me to see if I'm being "too moody."

I hear you! PMS and BiPI, the two abbreviation that completel allow certain others to feel that they are automatically absolved from all personal resposibility in arguments or given every right to dissmiss the value of my thoughts or feelings.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Thanks for this!
