I am filling out the form on daily function and pain. I don't like highlighting everything that is hard for me. I find it rather triggering.

I found the daily function one to be hard to explain. There's just no way to explain it all, especially in that tiny box. And pain! How do you describe the kind of pain that comes, not from wounds, but from the emotional flogging?
Thanks for this!

Exactly.

And the 15 years worth of job? I stopped at 8 jobs because I have had so many that I just can't remember them all. I have probably had 50 jobs. They have them all on file anyway.

I remember going through that. I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of paperwork. I needed help filling out most of it. That was almost 10 years ago. I also remember the feelings of guilt I had while filling it out. Like I was giving up. But my psychiatrist told me to do it and told me that I worked to put that money into the system and was deserving. That helped a lot.

on filling for ssdi, i have went thru almost 4 years of appeals-one hearing- and been denied, they said because i once attended college and was moderatly impaired that i was denied. Did anyone here recieving disability have such trouble too? I too have worked about 20 jobs, over the years. JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS WENT THRU THIS. its so frustrating to be told WORK, and some days im too scared to check my mail box
