Im watching a show on black holes on science channel. The weird music is really getting to me today! The nuances. But not in a good way. Normally i can ignore it. Im very musical anyway and normally this type if thing is a good "gift" bit not when ots scaring me!!

Music has always been a big trigger for me. I used to use it to promote mania or depression. I try to use it to balance me more now. If I am in a depressed state I listen to something more up beat and vice versa. Maybe try listening to something soothing?
