im still around just in an up down up down state and the dr is trying to get my meds right while im having therapy with her too.
I am sad because i dont want to have bipolar disorder anymore. |

Nucking futz my computer was playing up too. but its fixed now, fingers crossed.
 still dealing with some hard stuff. im trying to keep moving and do things still even though its hard. lynn thats nice of you to say thanks for the hugs. |
