So close to my wife yet light years away.

I sit here looking at nothing.

This stupid light box with words, pictures and crazy symbols and buttons with letters and #s and symbols.

She hates me! She is getting depressed, because of my depression. I am a walking disaster everything I am around gets screwed up.

Another sigh. Waiting for the **** to hit the fan.

Why do I hurt? Why, what I do hurts loved ones WHY WHY?

I don’t want to change I want everyone else to change.
I am …

Another sigh from the wife, WHY?

Welcome teacher,

PC is a good place to begin that communication. No one here will judge or criticize you because most of us have felt like you at some point.

Do you have a therapist or counselor that you can talk to about how you are feeling? Have you spoken to your physician? Are you taking any medication for this?

Everyone here is very helpful and there are resources if you are interested. I hope you find the support you are seeking. Please keep posting so we know how you are doing.
