Saw pdoc today. Told her im tired all the time. She said quit seroquel. Now I'm up at 4:20 a.m.

Call her back. Clearly you need something that will work at night without wiping you out during the day.

yeah the change from taking seroquel nightly to not at all is a really really tough one. when i miss my dose im up at all hours as well, its hard for your body to get used to sleeping without the medication.
WORK YOUR WAY DOWN. take 50mg less each 2 nights, and by the end you should be doing well. if you still aren't sleeping (and being bipolar sleeping is ESSENTIAL to retaining mental health) take a couple of ADVIL LIQUIDGEL PM's. that will absolutely put you to bed and you can get used to sleeping without seroquel. its hard, but you can do it

I only took one a day and they are too tiny to cut. I ended up falling asleep at 5 without seroquel or trazodone and up at 8. Feel great. Not tired like before.
