Gosh, I've really reached a stage where I've had enough.
Enough of being down
Enough of mood changes
Enough of losing friends
Enough of having a boyfriend that just doesn't understand
Enough of not knowing myself anymore
Enough of asking for help
Enough of fighting back suicidal thoughts
Enough of having to apologise for mistakes I've made
Enough of just not remembering
Enough of spending my weekends just sleeping....

Hi Sugahorse,
I know what you are saying, because I have felt that way too. I don`t really have anything inspiring to say, except (as they say) hang in there! You may not be where you want to be right now, but just by acknowleging
your feelings gives them a platform from which you decide whatīs really important to you, and leave the B.S. behind! You are on your own journey, and sometimes itīs easy to say forget it. Have hope that things will get better. Donīt give up. Just when things are so bad, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

I have nothing inspirational to say at the moment either, but I do hear you and can relate and understand. I am sorry you are going through this right now.

I echo the others... hang in there. This, unfortunately, is part of the process. I think probably most of us have been this way before. It's hard and frustrating but you do tend to cycle out of it. It definitely comes and goes for me. Just ride this through and I promise, somewhere on the other side you will see things differently.
