Dammit, I don't want to feel suicidal. This really close to the edge, impulsive 'urge' to get it over with is tearing me apart. It keeps coming and going over that last few weeks. Over it.

(((HUG))) Remain strong and positive. Look at the responsibilities you have in your life - these are just one the many reasons for your being.
I suggest trying to get to sleep and waiting until you wake up.
Phone your p-doc or therapist and discuss these feelings with them too. If the urges really get too much, please take yourself to a hospital. Or phone a close friend that has an understanding of what you're going through to keep you company
We're here for you too!!
Thanks for this!

Thank you all. I'm feeling a tad better today but I don't feel too stable.

Well, try and be positive and focus on the fact that today you feel better.

Set up a to-do list for today to keep yourself busy. Do things for yourself; things you enjoy. Then tonight you can get back into bed, relax, and once you wake up tomorrow morning you will feel even better.
These are just cycles you need to accept as part of who you are. You need to ride them out and learn to understand them. I'm sure that with the help of a T you could work on coping mechanisms for when you are feeling down. And speak to you p-doc about your meds. If you do not feel a change on the meds, you need to tell your doc and try something until you find the combination right for you.
