I suppose it depends on how your doc has written the prescription...what is the dosage your pdoc prescribed?

It seems like a lot, did you work up a tolerance to a lower dosage?

You mean taking 2 mg four times per day, right?
I was taking that much ten years ago when my anxiety and PTSD were severe.
