Yesterday I got my brakes done and when I was driving home, I said something to my son. My voice sounded like it was an echo and I immediately thought that the brakes people bugged my car and were listening to me. I don't know why they would do that. I have had other little flashes over the last couple of days as well.
Then, I dreamed last night that my husband was cheating on me and that SSDI/ govt people were checking out my family life and me to make sure I still need my disability.

I have been extremely well for over a week now, so I am afraid that these little flashes are me destabilizing again.

I don't have many problems with delusions so the only thing I can do is offer you a big hug...take care!

I just saw my T yesterday and we were talking about how well I was. I wonder if I should call him. I am OK right now.

It would not hurt to give a call and make sure you bring it up to your pdoc when you see him/her again.

Sorry you are going through this BNLs. I was major paranoid too after the forced hospital visit in Dec '08. I thought the police were coming again and I kept staring out the blinds for months after the incident.

It's not exactly like our fears are unfounded after we've been to the hospital and drugged. Especially if you were taken there by force as I was.

All I can say is that it went away with time and I saw that nothing happened. I was left alone and calmed down over a period of time. I learned what not to say and write that might get me into trouble in the future.

But meds getting adjusted right helps a lot. Not too much, not the wrong ones, not too little.

You just have to tell yourself that no one is going to get you, it's just your mind playing tricks on you. Most people are too self-absorbed to even care about following or spying on anyone else. They're too worried about what other people think of them. Easier said than translated into a sense of security, but worth thinking about.

Take care.
