Hello.

I feel extremely miserable right now. I don't know what to do, so I figured I could at least write about it.

I was relatively alright half an hour ago, but then I just started feeling this great sadness and emptiness. I can't cry. I can't think or concentrate. Nothing seems interesting or worthwhile. I feel like dying. Really, I feel so ****ing extremely miserable.

Thanks for bearing with me.

I hear you. I bet you did not think you would get a response so soon. I have been up at o'dark thirty in a really bad place before too. I guess it is my turn to be there. If things get really bad, can you reach out and contact a crisis hotline? It is always good to have a fail safe plan when we get down so low. I am really sorry you are going through such a rough time right now. Perhaps maybe doing some journaling in the meantime might help? I should be up for a bit longer. I will check back with you in a few ok?

Hey. Thanks for the response. I don't know the number for any crisis hotline in my area. Plus, I don't think I could talk about it. Literally "talk", I mean. I can't really talk when I'm this down. And, when you call a crisis hotline it seems to me everything just gets complicated. I'm ****ing desperate. I'm ****ing hurting. Thank you again for not ignoring me.

I know how you feel. I get in the same state and it is really bad. I can rarely talk about it as well although I try to talk to crisis. It still doesn't work out that well. Sometimes I just have to ride out the storm.

I know that horrible feeling. I just came out of it myself. Take refuge in knowing that it will get better. I know that it can seem that every minute is like an hour when you are like this, but there is hope. Are you on meds?

I understand how you're feeling! Those sudden downward spirals are very disconcerting. Would it be possible to call tomorrow morning and try to get in with your pdoc or T for an emergency appointment? In the meantime, go easy on yourself and keep posting...I hope that this passes as quickly as it came.

Hey.

Thank you very much for the responses. I think it kinda went away. I still feel quite sad though. I'm also very, very tired and weak. I don't know why. And, Skully, yeah you're right, the only thing you can really do is "ride out the storm". Musikcrazy, no, I'm not on meds. Grizmom, I don't like seeing my pdoc, hehe.

Thanks everyone, again.

writing on these boards is definitely easier than really talking.
I do suggest you go see your pdoc to adjust your meds if they are not working. And if you do not like him, may I suggest you find one you do like and can trust.
