or maybe will just stay hypomanic, we shall see. Ive become the biggest ***** in two days, following a depressed 3-4 days, yesterday was fun, today its sh%t, i want to rip my own skin off, so irratible, so pissed, i cant quit compulsively counting certain numbers, over and over, my face is a mess from picking at it , everythings a mess, i should at least do something in the house, cant quite get anything done..its horrible..just wanted to share...

I'm not a manic - pick me!!! But I'm a nothing, so maybe you shouldn't. Not sure at all where i fit in today

I've tipped into manic land me thinks because stupid auditory hallucinations are distracting me from doing my studying. Oh, the rage. >>

Are you taking any meds for the hypomania/mania? I know it feels better than apathy but allowing hypomania to happen is a bad idea. Every time you have mania it will get worse the next time if not stopped. I think people refer to it as kindeling. I hope you start feeling more normal soon.

im always cycling, and havent stopped any meds, the risperdal was increased, but thats all... thank you for your concern, ill get better as time goes on...right?

I'm on lithium 1000mg and Zyprexa 5mg currently. Need to go see my pdoc I suppose.
