My favourites vary...McD's now, KFC tomorrow, Debonairs next week, and so it goes on...think I'm addicted too. And you'd NEVER say, most people think I'm allergic to food, cos according to them I'm underweight. I however have stopped stressing about it, nothing I do makes me gain anyway, I just end up spending even more money eg. Supplements (cost money) and make my already fast metabolic rate faster, so I end up buying MORE food...
I did however mention to the pdoc that my appetite dissapears when I'm depressed, he said the stabilizer he prescribed will assist with balancing my appetite, so I'm kinda looking forward to that... it's horrible when I don't eat, I'm moodier (if that's even possible).

I think your idea about saving an automatic fixed rate should work, I'll keep that in mind for when I know what my finances look like after the increase...Thanks

Yes, when I get depressed, I also eat much less. I generally eat quite a lot though

I was hoping to feel better too...
But what a disappointment! I took 2 sleeping pills last night, and had a good night's rest, but geez, feel like the living dead this morning...I'm slightly incoherent, my balance is What Balance?? I can't even walk in a straight line...IDK if it's the pills, or if this is me...leaning toward the pills, NEVER taking Z-Dorm AGAIN, my mouth tastes like batteries...

ARGH I thought I was gonna have a good day if I had some rest, but I feel 10x worse.

Don't even know how I feel, just down. My neck and shoulders are sO tense it feels like my head's about to pop off! Mood tracker says depressed...

I just wanna go home and cry under the covers...

Sorry for all the complaining, it can't last much longer right? Can't handle much more of this...

I think it's the tabs too - they can do that. I've cut down to half a tablet now
