I took my B-6 twice today and that usually does the trick. But my legs just want to keep on moving. And at work for the Federal Govt in an office job and we don't have anything to do at the end of the month so you feel even more paranoid. Yes, I take Klonipin. Yes, I took my lunch time 1 mg. Klonipin. It does help to write. I may take some more B-6. You may not have heard of this. I got it from taking Haldol (you can get it from any anti psychtoc) for 16 years. Then I was put on lithium (which I should have been I'm bipolar) and 2 or 3 weeks later the akathisia set in. But some people have it worse than I do. I'm just venting. All in all I mean I am bipolar but I'm stable most of the time. So I'm blessed. My heart goes out to all of you who cycle rapidly, go manic a lot, and all the other problems that goes with bipolar.

Hi Owllover. Hope you are feeling better. Work uncertainty is very stressful. I hope it and your symptoms settle soon. Take good care.

Well, thank you. I took some more B-6. I will be "normal" soon. Yes, it's stressful to work in an office (and a big office) and I'm more blue collar. But really I'm getting too old to work in a warehouse. Plus I couldn't make the money I make here. I finally got a good boss (the first in 20 years) so that really helps. I'm bipolar, but I feel like I'm so blessed not to have the troubles so many others have.
