I have days like that. You may have dreamed about something last night that has upset you but you don't remember the dream. That happens to me a lot. Sometimes i Just wake up grumpy. I try meditation and it usually works. Or a relaxation CD.

Considering how it is nowdays and all that's on your sholders it's bound to happen now and again. I listen to music or watch House or do something I enjoy doing to get my mind off of it. Think of something you need to know about and google it. Take it out on a pillow. I try not to take it out on other people because my mother and my step-dad took everything out on me when I was growing up. I would say take a Klonipin but I don't know if you take them and I don't want to run you short. You might check and make sure that you took all your meds. It's just a thought. Hang in there. Hope I helped.
Thanks for this!

Do you suffer from anxiety? Could you take clonazepam to slow your thinking and mind down, to let yourself process these things that irritate you?

In mixed episodes I often am very irritable.

I've just started Trazodone - at night time only and it still knocks me flat the next morning! (50mg)
