heh. i can feel the depression starting. Its always the same. Been going high for awhile. OOh felt good outgoing could accomplish so much and started so much. Now now the irritability is starting. my patience is going out the window. I dont want to go anywhere. my anxiety isnt helping that any. I just want to be home *sigh* i was doing well. Three months of being up. After well about 3 months of being down and down bad. this is after i changed the meds and how i take them etc. swings were weekly or less maybe 3 or 4 days. so its been good and im so tired i dont want to go back to being down. Im already starting to feel the effects. i have an appointment with my pdc next week . good time as any to go see him. not make much dif anyway i dont have money for my refills. guess the jokes on me. *sigh* again I'll write more soon
