I think we could all use some

Bipolar is so difficult and it can be so hard to handle family, friends and ourselves at times, so just remember you are not alone.

Yes, onlymedid! It really is such a comfort to have others who understand! And everyone here deserves a hug (heck, multiple hugs!)

And great point, Schwandy! My BF has only really seen the tip of the iceberg so far (though I did throw the BP card on the table early, so he'd know what he was getting into) and his support (the only day in, day out IRL support I have) is soooo precious to me. People who are willing to be there for us deserves major kudos for sure!

Now I think bipolars have more intense hugs and love because of the way we are.
