Thought I would post my thoughts. Can't sleep. Don't know how many are having that problem right now. Very irritable too. I don't like it(but who does.) Been making plans with people to do things but when its time to be in public wldnt ya know the anxiety stops me from being out and about. Was going to take my son to a mini town celebration. Saw the tents and couldn't stop the car. Even to play in an empty town park. Totally disappointd him.

Hey bridgie; sorry you are having problems sleeping. I've had to cancel plans too, it happens, so go easy on yourself. Do you have anything you can take when you can't sleep?

I hate it when I can't sleep. Being irritable on top of it really stinks. Sorry you are feeling this way. Hope today goes better for you.

Blueoctober/vjdragonfly: I have been working my way through the sleep med options. So far its been really bad side effects or doesn't work. Recently was given samples of rozerem;I stay awake but my brain feels fried./ if I'm not grumpy and short fused things aren't so bad really. My meds have leveled me a bit but they don't take it all away. I hope its a better day too(for everyone else here as well). Thank you both.
