Ok so I am finally working again after moving from TX back to my parents in MI. I am so ready to start working again...but unsure of myself at the same time. I finally found a job in something other than restaurant or retail. I am very excited but wondering if and overnight shift was the best idea as a starting shift. Oh well guess I will find out tonight...then I'll know if I can do it much if at all. Anyway...wish me luck. I will be able to get other shifts if I can't do overnight.

That is great to hear Melissa. I hope it all works out for you. Being gainfully employed I know can be difficult for people like us at times. Wishing you all the best.

Good luck!!! Don't worry too much about feeling unsure of yourself.... I totally do that too before actually starting something, and my fears are usually kind of obsessive on the weirdest things that turn out to have little to do with how the job actually is.

Good luck to you.

I am thinking about starting my real estate business up again. Now that both kids will be in school and I could work for a couple of hours in the mornings, it kind of sounds good. I don't know if I would make enough to get off disability, but maybe someday when the little one is in school full time, I can put more hours into it and get off disability altogether.

I need to talk with my T about it. I have a feeling he is going to tell me to wait, but while I am waiting, I can put together a business plan.

That's great news. Take it step by step...
BNLs - My boyfriend has a real estate company, and I think it's a great way to get back into the job world, as you can really work at your own pace initially.
Holding thumbs for both of you!
