I had a great Psychologist, but she decided to change her practice to sessions over SKYPE instead of face to face. I'm not interested in sessions over the computer, so I'm trying a new therapist tomorrow. Right now I can't afford the upfront payment (I get reimbursed from my health plan), so I decided to go through my employee assistance program (they pay for up to 6 sessions). I haven't been doing great this past weekend, so it's coming at a good time I just hope I'm not disappointed..... Wish me luck

Good luck with the new therapist. SKYPE just seems like a weird way to do therapy to me but what do I know.

Thanks everyone for your support. I just came back from my therapy appointment. I like her and I'm feeling better than I was (was having bad anxiety since Thursday). I do like my previous Psychologist more, but right now I can't afford to see a private Psychologist (my EAP is paying for this therapist). My Psychiatrist phoned me back and said I can increase my lamictal by 25mg twice a day.

What a relief
