I went to Frank Warren's presentation yesterday at our local University. It was amazing. If you get a chance to go to it I would highly recommend it.
If you haven't heard of Frank he is the person that requested people send in postcards to him sharing a secret they have never shared with anyone. He then compiled those postcards in a book. He does a lot for raising awareness for mental illness and s******. Here is his website: http://www.postsecret.com/

I AM SO JEALOUS!!! seriously, I go on that website at midnight on Sunday to see the secrets! It's one of my weekly highlights! Frank is the man!!
