Hi I am new to the fourm. I have bipolar and panic disorder. I have had most symtoms my whole life but was diag 5 years ago. I also have a learning disability. If I spell things wrong sorry just never caught on to the spelling thing.

I am excited to be here and hope that I can give advice as well as recieve some. I get realy anxious when it comes to replies. I can feel it now.

I am on many different meds to help me but they do not seem to work enough to keep me stable most of the time. Right now I am a bit depressed and have been for several weeks. My pdr knows and changed my meds but i have seen no results as of yet.

Thank You for letting me tell u just a little bit about my self.

SLZ

Hi slz. Welcome! It's good to meet you. I also have Panic Disorder, as well as Generalized Anxiety Disorder and some specific phobias thrown in for good measure! This is a great community and I really hope you like it here!

Welcome, slz727!
(If it's any consolation, I know what you mean about anxiety about replies, and between that and rather paranoid tendencies, I hold back. A lot.) BUT! That does not at all change the fact that this is a very wonderful and supportive place. In fact, to me, it is THE place of choice over the whole wide internet... Hope you find it a great environment of support as well!
