I have crashed to near rock bottom. And I have to write to papers for grad school. Yay me! Just venting. I'm working hard to push through this.

Big hugs from me too. I don't have any miraculous advice to offer other than keeping calm, being kind to yourself and always remember that at any given time we do our best..Good luck with your papers, it is very hard to do any mental work when feeling like that but don't underestimate what the brain can do even when it seems it's not working anymore! Trust that you'll have your work done despite the obstacles

Oh also, I would suggest to be in contact with people and do something relaxing and enjoyable even if it is only for an hour per day or so, it will give you a bit of strength and help you not lose perspective..

Ensure you get as much sleep as possible - are you able to push the papers out a day or 2? Do your teachers understand and give you a bit of slack wrt the BP?

I am sorry you are having a hard time - is there no way you can have your meds tweaked? I hope you feel better soon!

well, writting papers can be stressful as heck... make sure you get some times to relax... work on it for hour, than take a break, do something active, get back to work.

Good luck.

I'm sorry you're feeling so know. I know very well how hard that makes motivating oneself to work on schoolwork. Like other have said, sleep is so important when you get depressed - not sleep during the day but regular hours at night. Easier said than done, I know! Big hugs to you - I'm rooting for you!!
