Thanks again. It's 2:50 in the morning and I"m awake again. My sleeping is all messed up right now. I was blaming it on the abilify increase, but I took it at an earlier time yesterday and I'm still up in the middle of the night. Must be something else. Yesterday wasn't such a good day. I'm hoping today will be okay.

Read a book and try fall asleep. I've never been on Abilify, so I cannot comment on any side-effects. But sleep and routine will definitely help you feel much better
