it´s actually quite laughable when I think of it. When falling asleep or even when dazing out during day I see myself on some place... and than I turn to white Persian cat and run off... this lasts few seconds... but I picture it quite clearly.

Of course I have not been sleeping too much lately and the past few days i had not chance to eat much (people commented on my diet of redbull and sandwiches... but I swear when I am done with this intensive course I am attending I will be better).

don´t know if I should get worried... I am kinda obsessing about it (when I have the time. I wonder about what it is the symbolism... there must be something in it.

It could be an image that makes you feel safe in times of stress. My T has been working with me to develop such a vision. It is actually a healthy way to deal with things.

Sounds good to me. If you turned into a cockroach and ran off, Venus, I would be alot more worried. this sounds more like a stress dream. Just enjoy. A white persian cat. Nice HUGGGS

Venus, it's probably just the lack of sleep you've been getting that has you so worried. I know for sure that my anxiety flares up when i'm not sleeping well. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks... it just feels weird to suddenly be somewhere far away... and be a cat.

I had such flashes before...but never have they been repetetive as this one.

I think it's neat. You were wondering about the symbolism so I looked up cats in my dream dictionary and it says cats generally are about sensuality, mystery, and independence.
