I'm still on a high but its kind of stabilised now and i feel fairly normal, so thats good.
Spoke to my Pdoc today, 2 of them, and before i go on quetiapine me and Sharon the lady with my pdoc are going to go to Kickboxing together, to try and help me get into a healthy routine before i go on Quetiapine.
So all in all went well.
not a very long post, just a quick update

Sounds like a great plan. I always wanted to try kickboxing; have you done it before? Let us know how it all goes and good luck!

That's great widgets. I enjoyed kickboxing and it was a great stress reliever.

thats what i thought! If i can go regularly, it will help with so many things.
1. Lose weight,
2. exercise releases happy endorphins
3. meet new people
4. get into a routine,
5. relieve stress.
6. instead of punching walls or myself in some cases i wil have a healthier outlet for all that!
