I am not sure if it is the side effects thing, but it is starting to feel the same.

I might go to bed this afternoon and see how I feel.

I slept most of yesterday afternoon and I do feel better now. I am still a bit foggy and light headed, but that could be the increase in Seroquel and my p-doc said that it should be better as time goes on.
