My T and I talked about hospitalization today because I am so depressed. But, we decided against it b/c we both felt I won't act on any of my bad thoughts. I don't want to go there again. It sucks and it's more depressing in the hospital than out of it.
So here I sit.
Could use some cyber hugs if anyone has any to give out.
Thanks.

(((hugs to you)))

I hope you feel better soon. I know the hospital is not where you want to be, but if your safety gets compromised, I hope you will call your T and discuss it further.

sending some pc hugs your way.... i hope you feel better soon. recently made the same decision as you while in a very depressed state. i just waited it out. guess we get to know it can't be forever thank goodness. now i'm back to my regular self. watch america's funniest videos on tv. i did. it won't fix it but will give you some relief from the heavy truck on your chest feeling for a few.

I just don't know when the urges become too much, and are considered dangerous. I suffer for a few hours of Really bad sui thoughts, and then they leave. I need to learn to survive through them, and kepe them under control. Else I'd be threatened with hospital about once a month.
I hope things look up for you really quickly - I'm in a VERY similar place to you and can relate

I'm feeling you! Hang in there! A bad day at home is better than a good one in the hospital!

Ironically I too just went through a similar decision over the weekend. I honestly find that the full moon adds to the intensity and it was a full moon

Hope you feel better soon - I'm sure you'll heal much quicker in an environment you feel happier in

This is how the day(s)/weeks/months feel:

This is how we help each other through it:

This is us running after you with...well, the rest of us running after you:

This is you in our hearts:

This is your doc, fighting to keep the baddest blues away:

And this is me:

You like?
Thanks for this!
