When i stopped taking Citalopram for months, i suffered brain zaps, which i heard was a common withdrawal side effect, as soon as i started taking them again they stopped immediately.
I read somewhere that Quetiapine can cause 'brain surges,' really strong and very often. Is this common and is it the same as the brain zaps thing i experienced before. Its such a bizzare experience i dont think anyone knows if its the same thing we all have, its not written on the official side effects of either drug, its just something i have read in reviews from real people. Brain Zap - the feeling of you brain shutting down and starting up again VERY quickly, like it fizzes up in a couple of seconds, if you hold your breath for as long as you can then breather again quickly its a similar feeling.
