Insomnia is a disaster. What about a cup of tea? Read a boring book, or watch a boring TV program? Listen to quiet, relaxing music?

I had hot oatmeal. Back in bed. I do have trazadone and Ativan and benedryl but I took only 1/4 the dose of Ativan. (not the other 2!)

Yeah, you need to ensure you still wake up in time for your pdoc app.

It's mid-day here - I slept 9 hours last night, following a 4 hour afternoon 'nap'!

Allow yourself the opportunity to nap once you're back then. If you can't sleep, you'll just need to re-arrange your life around your sleep!

I felt horrible all day. Like a mud puddle. I took a nap from 2-3:30 and felt much improved. Just waiting to take meds n close my eyes.

She said to inly sleep a couple hours if I had to that day and then go to Ned at a normal time. We also talked about weaning off Ativan. We'll see.
