I've been manic or hypomanic for over a month now and I feel like I'm starting to crash. How can I stop it besides taking my meds?

I hope you don't crash. For me doing activities that I enjoy like going to the stables, hanging out with positive friends; and exercising really help lift my mood. I also use a SAD lamp and that really helps. When my mood is low I crave high carb, high sugar foods, but indulging in that makes me feel worse, so I try to avoid those types of foods.

Yes - get your meds adjusted. Come down slowly and hopefully stop in the 'stable' area.
