the site in itself is a trigger for me.
Anyone else feel like this or get what i mean.
It makes me remember what i am.
I dont often feel happy but when i do, i come on here and i know it wont last.
With bipolar, you have the knowledge when you are depressed that it wont last, but when you're happy its also in the back of your mind 'this wont last'.
I hate it.

Do what is good for you. If the site triggers you when you are happy, then take a break and enjoy it. You are always welcome, no pressure, no strings attached.

Hi, widgets. You are entitled to come and leave as you please anytime you wish. In fact, all users and visitors are as well. Listen to your instinct.
Personally, I've taken time off, and I've come back time and time again when I wanted to.

Try to extend your happiness as best as possible. Stay off the forums as long as you please. Take care.

Widgets - I've DEFINITELY felt the same way. But this is my family and support structure. And I feel I need to give back while I can

Hey widgets! I'm sure nearly everyone takes a break now and then. It's perfectly ok. For myself, there are also times when I read but can't respond. Want to, but somehow just can't manage it. Lately has been that sort of time.
Main thing is, it's perfectly ok. Read, don't read, respond, don't respond, visit or don't visit the site -- whatever works best for you at that time.
We're always here...
