I might have posted this before, but I am having trouble keeping track of my thoughts...
What is it like? I feel a marked change today. I can't seem to finish a thought or keep my mind together. Anyway, I can't describe it because I can't concentrate. It is a little bit frightening, and there is some physical shaking involved... Anyway, can you help? |

I feel like I am being bombarded with thoughts and feelings. I can't seem to hold on to the ones that are important and others are just free floating.
My youngest lost his pacifier tonight. I have been meaning to take it away for a long time. He had been using it just for sleep, and now he is upstairs in his bed crying his eyes out. I can't console him. I keep going back and forth between wanting to scream at him to shut up and wanting to cry in a sobbing puddle on the floor because I can't fix it. I can't find it and I have looked all over. I don't know what to do. I want to go back on Lamictal because my mood was more even. I wish I could describe my mind right now. I couldn't handle my body's reaction to Lamictal, though. Help.... I just want to scream out for help... |

If he's old enough to understand, why not get him out of bed and tell him you'll look for it together? He cried himself to sleep.
It is time for me to go to bed and I am afraid to. I wish I could communicate to someone while I am asleep to wake me up if I have the panic. |

(((((((((BNLsMOM))))))))) Hon, if you are sick on top of all this, it's going to make dealing with a crotchety kid all the more difficult. make sure you have someone you can call to back you up, OK? I have been where you are, and it is no fun, and nothing to play with. Poor dears, both of you!

It was better last night. Vivid realistic dreams, but I didn't have the panic attack this morning and I wasn't trapped in sleep.
And my son is in a great mood today even though last night was rough for him. |

That's good. But remember, it can change really quickly, so see if there is someone you can get in touch with if it does, OK? HUGGGGS and I'm glad it's better.

I am having a hard time remembering yesterday. It feels like a long time ago. My mind must have really been mixed up. I know some things that happened yesterday, but if I had to put together a timeline of the major events, I don't think I could do it. It just feels like a bunch of half dreamed memories surrounded in fog.
