I recently came of a very prductive hypomanic high. Now I'm exhausted and unmotivated to do anything. I miss the mania! How to I motivate myself without it??
Sigh.

I'm pretty sure it didn't end up at my house!
Totally agree with Moose and Ryask - do anything, just do something. Now I need to take my own advice!

I'm also battling to adjust to life without mania.
It's hard to feel motivated, and I'm back to sleeping a lot more...

My meds have just about wiped out my hypomania (I SO miss it!!!).
I try to set small goals and do things one minuscule step at a time.

If you find your motivation, can you see if mine is with it!!!!!!

Break it into little steps - then do it (oops - thats what I should be doing...)
