My stepdads just been rushed to hospital, he did a marathon today and now has chest pains and they said there is something wrong with his heart, my mums gone with him and i am left looking after the brothers 9,7 and 5 year old boys.
i have to cope but i dont feel like i can

Try to play fun games with the kids. Distract yourself as much as possible.

Best wishes for your stepdad, widgets. I'm not so great with kids, but you also might consider some hands-on projects... coloring, drawing making things out of popsicle sticks... whatever. If that's your kind of thing or theirs, it can keep them occupied in their own level of project (and if you want, do it too! )

Yes, just keep them and yourself as distracted as possible. I hope he's OK. Best wishes and thoughts to you.

He is still in hospital, my mum got back about midnight last night, and has left already so once again i am looking after the boys, they're being really good and pretty much keeping themselves entertained. My friend came over last night, so he is here as well.
