I have suffered with Amenorrhoea for well..always. However since i have started taking the celexa my period has come back/started? I have tried to do some research and it seems celexa (citalopram) can cause Amenorrhoea...but it doesn't say anything about curing it...at least that i have found. I am just wondering if maybe somehow it balanced my body as well as my brain or something? I don't know and i plan to talk to my Pdoc..but that's not till Feb 11th, I'm just curious if anyone has ever experienced anything like this...?

Wow. That's interesting. I don't have any wisdom to offer, but I'd be very interested to hear what your pdoc says about this. Take care and keep us posted.

i am on no other drugs, in fact i have changed absolutely nothing in my life other then the celexa. I have not lost weight recently in fact i probably gained 5-10 pounds...but was not even close to be considered underweight or anything...so..it's not being underweight or..too much excersize or anything
