I was thinking about getting a medical alert bracelet of some sort. If I did, what sort of info should I put on it? I know that some of the drugs we're on can cause interactions (lamactil can interact in nasty ways)... anyone got any ideas how you'd phrase it?

Put on it all the meds you are on (as long as they all fit), and any allergies...which I guess would include drugs that would counteract with any of your regular meds.

I thought of that as well, but our meds change so frequently (at least mine do) that it might be better to just have "Bipolar Disorder, check meds card in wallet" or something along those lines, and then make sure you keep an updated list of your meds with you everywhere you go.
