I borrowed these 2 DVD's from the library:Flight From Darkness and Not Just A Bad Day Living with Bipolar Disorder. Flight from darkness is about one man's struggle with bipolar. Not just a bad day tells the story of several people experiences with bipolar and discusses a bipolar support program in British Columbia.
I found both of these DVD's quite informative. Not Just a Bad Day may be an option for a significant other, family member or friend to watch. It was about an hour long and provided an accurate depiction of the disorder. Just wanted to share
