Well, it was a year ago this week that I saw my pdoc and he sent me on my way to the psych ward because of certain thoughts. 10 days in the hospital, med changes and ECT. Then three months in partial hospitalization. A year in therapy now.
I'm more stable these days, but still have problems with mood swings. Thankfully, I am no longer severely depressed all the time.
It's been a rough year, but I can say tha I am much improved. Still have a long way to go now.
I still wonder why I bother sometimes. But, I keep pushing through when the moods get out of hand. I guess that's all I can do.

Happy anniversary! That is a landmark to be celebrated. Baby steps by hours turn into days, weeks, months, and years. You should be very proud of yourself. Now keep it up and make it two years, then three...

Geodon 160mg
Concerta 18mg
Klonopin 1mg

prior meds: Trileptal, Risperdal, Celexa, Lexapro, Zyprexa, Invega, Abilify, Lithium, Effexor, Ativan
