I've already reached the numb point.
My sleep is down to 6 hours or less,as I cannot get to sleep before midnight, yet my alarm goes off at 6:30.
I am snapping at my boyfriend who also has enough on his plate.
Had no time this weekend for myself, as I had to help boyfriend with car issues(another MAJOR drama I could do without), then paper work and then meet my parents.
No depression yet, but that's only due to Wellbutrin.
Major tension in my back.
Work 8-5:30...
Get told we can stay at the office until 9PM if we need to finish- please note:NO overtime pay.
I hardly see my horse as there's too much going on.
Have 2 assignments due by next Monday for my last 2 subjects for my BCom.
Not sure what else, but I think there's either an episode creeping up, or one day I'll just lose it.
Already starting to have major anxiety driving...
Just not in the best of places, and I figure you'll understand

Sugahorse - Sound awfully busy time for you. I wish you were able to take sometime for yourself. Seems to be the only thing left out. I'm pretty sure the lack of sleep isn't helping either. Im sorry your feeling this way. I hate that feeling of "thinkings something comming or creeping up". Is there way you can use a sleeping aid to help you sleep. I think if your sleep was more regular (time and length) it might help you be better focused. Good luck, i know you've been there for me and your a good strong person. Hang in .....

Can you do alpha meditation... when you relax your mind and body throughly, it can work as temporary subsitute for sleep. Several minutes on alpha can work for few hours of sleep.

It's not a long term plan, but it's awfully usefull.

Have thought to go to my car at lunch to listen to my iPod and do some relaxation techniques...
Yup-think tonight I'm going to take a sleep aid; just to catch up.
When I get this busy and stressed, I start questioning my life-am I living or surviving? And that's not fair on anyone

Thank you. Had a chat with my bf this morning, really asking for his help and support. Hoping I can get back into a quieter routine and get sleep in. Took half a sleep aid last night- got to sleep quickly initially, but woke up 3 hours later.
Thanks for caring x
