Don't give up. Just try to hang in there. It will get better. I can relate to how you're feeling. Sometimes you have to force yourself to do what you need to do. Maybe you need to see a doctor and get some help. I hope you feel better soon.

I've wanted to give up hundreds of times, but something has made me keep on fighting. I hope that same something helps you move on from this tough situation. Take care

I will be thinking good thoughts for you. Can you see your p-doc and therapist this week? Maybe you need a med change. I'm not sure what is going on in your life so it could also be just general life issues and not your disorder. I know it's hard when we are low to reach out, but if it's a simple med adjustment it could help make a world of difference. If you can pick up the phone at least to reach out to your team that would be great. Good luck to you. I hope you do feel better soon.
