I seem to get very angry very fast at work and around my mother. The things that I get angry i know should not bother me at all but they do. I immediately become very angry and if im at work ill get a bad attitude and run my mouth. I always regret how I act afterward. Is this a symptom of my mood disorder?

very well could be. It sounds like you have a short fuse when it comes to being upset. U may be presenting other emotions through anger. Make sure you pay close attention to what is triggering you and surely find a way to cope with the anger before you burn bridges you cant ever cross again.
calming thoughts your way.

exactly like me, lol. alot of mood disorders and mental stuff can cause irritation at little things. i'm diagnosed with depression, idk if its right because i think i have bipolar disorder (doesnt matter that much, either way, its under control for me). But irritation is a symptom of depression too, and i freak out on my mom all the time and it does get me grounded alot...it helps if you try to avoid the situation all together, though. hope my advice helps, message me if you need anything else.
