Why does nobody hear my silent scream? Why does nobody see me dying and withering inside? Why does nobody save me from this nightmare; this invisible cage? I NEED HELP! But I cant, I just can't ask anyone to take my hand for fear of pulling them down with me. Everyone else has their own problems and I don't want to be a burden to anyone, but I expect those close to me to realize that something is wrong!

Hey Warrioress,

You need to let people in though... unfortunately people who are closest to you might need more hints in a sense. You need to talk to people and tell them how YOU feel.
Thanks for this!

I can't. I feel like it's such a selfish thing to do

Asking for help is n0t selfish! It's BRAVE, and you CAN do it, YOU ARE WORTH THE EFF0RT! D0n't you let your bipolar m0nster tell you any different! I kn0w, KN0W, how hard it is to reach out, i'm actually still learning, but i have realized that it's the right thing to do,your friends are there because they love you, and if you find you can't go into detail, D0N'T, that's what we're here for,but we can only do so much, our reach is limited. We your online friends and family only want whats best for you,and in this case, seeking s0me pers0nal supp0rt is a step in the right directi0n. I'm praying for you...
Thanks for this!

Keep telling us. We do hear, and mostly we can relate and understand.
I know how difficult it is to share the burden with friends and family who have no way to relate, and I ache for you.

Hey there.
I know the feeling and can also only give you my promise that I'm also here to listen.

I feel guilty for reaching out, but it's crucial for me.
Think about it this way - every person has limits, and once those are reached, self care will kick in. Your friends are there to help, and will. When things get too much for them, they will look after themselves and put whatever measures in place. It's ok to ask for help - they'll also look after themselves
Thanks for this!

Hey there,

Glad to hear things are going better.
If you don't feel like things are improving fast enough, please contact your pdoc or T for help.

Have you managed to phone a friend yet? They will understand
