Oh wow! Congrats on getting out. I've never been to PER and admitted, but I've had scary episodes and scary regular ER episodes. I feel for ya! Glad you're out. You feel better? Comfortable with the new plan?

Know the adjustment back to the non-structured life outside the hospital & not having all the care that is constantly provided along with meals that one doesn't have to fix for themselves.

Even if the experience isn't the best, the constant care that surrounds us in the hospital is so very different that what we have at home....I remember it taking at least a week to get used to being back home after any of my hospitalizations.

Wishing you a peaceful feeling & able to feel better at home with your new med change.

Welcome back! I hope you have managed to relax and take stock of things while you were in hospital. And of course that the new meds really work

Still really glad and proud of you for going in the first place

Thanks everyone. Taking a leave from work for a while to focus on working with my therapist. Laying pretty low for a little while just need to get grounded in the real world for a bit. Anyway thanks for all the support.
